For designing

We have a professional design team who can help our customers to finish the paper cup size, construction and machine layout design.

For production

Since the beginning of paper cup machine production, GoldenCup pay a lot of attention to the quality, our customer and us both believe that the high quality machine could only be made of high precision parts.

For service

All the services will be with machine life.   We believe quality and service is the most important thing for our business.

Before Order

Our sales representative will contact you to check the details like the cup size, factory production power, required capacity and other information.  After got that, we will check with the technical department to approve the project.We will provide the quotation with machine specifications and layout drawings for your reference. 

During the production

Our sales representative will update the machine production status to you, like the machine under installation, machine is under testing, machine is ready for shipping. You need to send us some paper fans to trial operation.  When we finish the machine and get the samples, we will send the online video for your check.

After sales

We will dispatch the engineer to oversea service, for the machine installation and training. Once the machine is arrived at your side, you need to prepare the power supply, air compressor, and the paper ready before machine installation at your factory.
In the warranty time, if there’s any parts in the machine is broken without man-made accident, we will send the new parts for your replacement.After the warranty time, we will only charge you the materials cost for every parts.After engineer back, if any doubt during your production, we can have the video conference with each parties, and help you to figure out the problems what you met.

The Lead Time Is Around 60 Days. (From The Day We Receive The Deposit And Confirm the Drawing) But It Will Depends On The Product Type And Machine Size.

We Can Dispatch The Engineer For Oversea Service, They Will Help To Machine Installation And Training.

Our Payment Term Is TT . The TT Will Be 30% As Deposit, The Balance 70% Paid Before Shipping.
